1-Up USA Bike Trianer - Any good?

I have been researching bike trainers - specifically, I am looking for a trainer for my Speciaized Epic mountain bike. Work sckedule, and Idaho winters require that I work out indoors far too often. I have read very good things about the 1-Up USA Bike Trainer. I know I will need to switch out my knobby rear tire with a slick to minimize noise. But, that is the extent of my knowledge regarding trainers and mountain bikes. I read somewhere that this trainer may not fit Specialized's rear skewer. Does anyone have an opinion on this trainer, or any other trainer/s on the market? Thank you very much!
