CSC: Team America....
Funny how you hear fans and press refer to Disco as the 'American' team....
How many American Disco riders started the TdF? 1?
How many American CSC riders started the TdF? 3?
My point?
None, really....

You forgot that Davitamon-Lotto started the Tour with two Americans.... Freddie and Horner.
Lance didn't ride for them, though, so there are no famous boots for OLN or the American press to lick from D-L or CSC.
What gets me is that here in Chicago they completely ignore VandeVelde. The day he dang near pulled back that break and finished third, there was nary a peep in the papers or local sports media. He's from Lemont, yo!
Anyway, this is why the internet is a great equalizer. You like cycling? You got plenty of cycling sites. You like curling or badmiton or whatever? It's there for you on Al Gore's Information Superhighway!
