Axiom bar bag blocking my lights

I have on one 'stash bars and just fitted a quite nice axiom bar bag. Unfortunatly I can no longer clip on my light. What do people usually do in this situation.

I've reattached my headlight to my front fork. You need a light that rotates on its mount (otherwise, the curve on your fork will make the light point upward, which isn't bad for auto visibility but useless for actual illumination of the road) but one actual advantage of mounting the headlight lower is that it's better position to illuminate shadows on the road caused by bumps and ruts, so you get a better idea of conditions ahead.

If you ride with front panniers, you could also attach the light to the low rider rack.
