52cm = 20.4in, so a 17 (if it truly is a 17) may come up a little short for you.

Depends on the standover height and weather the seat tube's measured C-C or C-T.

C-C == center of BB to center of seattube/TT joint
C-T == center of BB to top of seattube
C-T == center of BB to top of seattube

I seems that all those bikes have seattubes that end at the TT, so C-T == C-C
