Progress report

Went out yesterday on a group ride, 45 miles with some hills and climbing (maybe 2000+ feet)

For the first time since I started riding again a year ago, I was in the middle of the pack, not lagging at the back.

Felt great!

But my rule of thumb still holds: we were about 4 1/2 hours, 45 miles = 10 mph.

I'm really having a ball riding again

Sounds great! GLAD YOU HAD A GOOD RIDE! 2000+ miles and I have not been on a group ride like that.
