Just What Rainman Needs!
I happened across an interesting ad on the web. I thought of Rainman immediately! It sort of looks like the ultimate rainbike, (to borrow Cambronne's nomenclature!)

I would pay real money to see that guy ride that contraption in some of the windstorms we have around here.
He would be the world's first bicycle zeppelin.
He could sell advertising space on the rig for when he floated above the stadium.
