I want one too. They are called "boneshakers" or "penny farthings" the original fixed gear that only ran a front brake. Try stopping fast on that one.

There were 2 guys who rode the entire 13 miles of midnight ridazz last month on those. They look sweet. I think there must be a company making new ones now. The bikes they were riding looked too good to be that old. My favorite part was watching them mount the bikes. they have a little step half way up the "downtube".

the real question is: where would you put said chicks on this bike?
me, i'd probably braze a step / seat onto the downtube / toptube / the only tube there is.
i'd be picking up mad chicks.

there was a picture i saw where someone loaded a bike like that up with racks and paniers to go touring. it was interesting to say the least.

The safety is the modern chain drive style bike. The high-wheel was called the Ordinary because it was the first popular style of bike. The called the new bikes a safety because you were closer to the ground, hence, safer.

From Sheldon Brown:
This term comes from old English coinage, where the penny was a very large coin, the farthing a very small one.
Is there anything that dude doesn't know?
