The cheapest you'll find is likely on eBay: the Sidi Genius 5.5 HT seems to be going for ~$200. Of the "brick and mortar" sellers, probikekit.com has them for $227, with free shipping to the US.

I got my (at the time) top-end Sidi ActionSRS for US$120... but the caveat was that I had to get them in Italy while on a business trip and the US dollar was favourable at the time. My suggestion would be to be on a look-out for closeout sales. Don't forget your LBSes as well as online shops. Performance/Nashbar and JensonUSA sometimes have good deals but also check out some overseas shops. I also find BestBikeBuys to be a good resource.
