Slick Tires

I gotta get some slicks for a different kind of race this weekend. It's an MTB biathlon. Riding and Olympic style target shooting. The riding course is asphalt bike path. Any recommendations for slicks? Also, what size can be reasonably mounted on MTB rims. (Crossmax XL Disc) I have to get them quickly so I have no time for ordering.

At the moment I seem to be limited to Maxxis or Michelin. Continental is a new brand in Korea and the slicks are definitely not going to be found here on short notice. Besides, isn't 1.3 pushing it for MTB rims?

Just get the smallest, lightest ones your shop has.
