Sweet pic from NYC

My girl snapped this on 14th and (4th or 5th?). I thought the pic came out pretty sick. Anybody know the story on this? Just an old advertisement?

They used to sell Panasonic bikes .Panasonic stopped in 1989 sending frames in the country.
