Weinmann ZAC 19 Wheels
Hi,
I have a circa 2001 Cannondale Terra which came outfitted with Weinmann ZAC 19 wheels and I am trying to figure out where these wheels sit in the quality scale. Are they cheap bottom of the line wheels?
Thanks
