3/32 cog - 1/8 chain ok to use?

I noticed all the colored chains on ebay are 1/8 - but my rear fixed cog is 3/32 - any problems with using a larger chain, or should I go with a 3/32?

you can use a 1/8" chain with 3/32" cog/chainring, but not the other way around (3/32" chain with 1/8" cog/chainring)

Hell, I'm using 1/8" chain with a 3/32" cog and a 10s Campy chainring (shut up, it's grey and pretty). Just go with it.

I had a 1/8" cog and chain with a 3/32" chainring and it was the most disgusting sounding drivetrain I have ever heard. It felt like the spindles on my bb were about to snap off.

There was really intense creaking that I could feel in my feet, and it felt like it was coming from the bb
