Ok, so Existence has a crush on Bobby Flynn. That much I figured out.
I don't have time for another forum, especially one that doesn't seem to work so well. I'm busy enough here. Anyhoo, someone tell Jock, Climbo, and GKW that I said g'day.

Well its not exactly another forum, just one thread. Doesnt work so well? I think there has been less crashes over there than here. Here has been stable recently though.

Yeah, I had my suspicions about Existence and Bobby Flynn....nice to know I'm not the only one.
The other place does have some significant slowdowns at certain times of the day. However, it has one major advantage over this place and that is less censorship.

The minor technical issue on the other site was that I couldn't always post. Kind of puts a damper on things.

It seems most evenings at this time [6/7pm EST Oz] the "other place" runs out of um-pah-pah[?] Which is when I have been looken 'ere. Whilst I was twiddelin my thumbs {aka kicken stones} waiting for t.o.p. to fire up I notice that if you take away the 2 x Exys, kotts, mrs m, the odd Hitchy & Ozman, this place would be dead.

Anyone here a wine drinker? Dominique Portet Fontaine Rose - Yarra Valley wine, very nice drop, we've just finished a bottle of the 2003, highly recommended.

It's funny (and maybe ironic), but the biggest whingers in London are the Aussies. I cringe with embarrassment when I hear them sounding off on the train.

No wine for me.....well not since I was 16/20 yo when I would get into Spumante or Brown Muscat [yuck] for a cheap/quick fix.... but mainly beer F & S nights. Made a right wally of myself, so much so that one of my nicknames was Blackout [this is only one of many NNs, another of which is Albert]
My Bride likes a drop though, very changeable tastes, mainly Chardonnays atm. Her taste for reds & port has developed with age. I've heard this is often the case.
