If you are talking about the Cateye CS1000 then $200NZ (~$110US) is an excellent price if it is in good condition.
I bought one in 1996 when they were priced around $250. They sell for about $400 now. Great trainer. The only negative thing is the noise. My wife couldn't hear the television when I was really riding hard. I ride in the living room. If you're riding in the garage or basement this shouldn't be a problem.
BTW: Cateye has all the specs on their website.
