Good deal on helmet
I was searching for a new helmet and found a good deal on the Giro Atmos, nashbar is at $169, $20 down from suggested, and this place SunriseCyclery has it for $139. It also says free shipping on orders over $30

Maybe it's just me, but spending more than $100 on piece of foam is never a good deal, regardless of how pretty it is.

25% off the retail 189 is pretty good though, I can't justify 140 for a helmet, but many can and do

Me too, I bought my Giro Transfer ($30) with my Team Performance points. I thought that was a good deal.
