Repair stand doubling as a storage rack?

I'm wondering if any of you knowledgable folk can recommend a repair stand that can also be used for internal storage, i.e. to take up less space by storing vertically etc.

Basically I need both a repair stand and somewhere to put my bike, but my wallet would prefer me to get only one. Any suggestions?

I can't think of any workstand which cannot also be used for storage. I think the key to using it as an effective storage mechanism is to not work on the bike while it is being "stored". At this point it ceases to be a "work" stand.

Haha, ok good answer, I asked for something like that... feckin Aussies.

The storage racks I'm thinking of store the bikes vertically to save space. Since the seatpost grip on many of the racks I've looked at is neither high enough, nor suitable to hang a wheel off, I think they're probably not great to use as storage. I've got a 4' wide x 2' deep x 12' high recess I'd like to store it in.

Am I wrong? Do any of the Park Tools work stands come with long extenders and a rubber coated hook or something? Does another manufacturer do anything suited to my purposes?
