Ouch THat Hurt!

Sorry this isn't a thread about drunk wrenching. I have been riding my bike regularly no problems then today my back hurt ouch! and male areas have been hurting. What do you think caused a bike that fit perfectly well turn into a pain center.

It's a pretty good bet that something changed, either you or the type of riding you have done lately. Did you do significantly more than your accustomed mileage? Big headwind recently making you use the drops more?

I road 60 miles last weekend yesterday I did 20 miles. It was pretty windy I think I took advantage of the drops a little more but that shouldn't make much of a diffrence

Riding in the drops does put more stress on your body but 20 miles isn't that extreme. Maybe you need to stretch out a little before your ride, or during your ride to keep the blood flowing throughout your whole body? Whenever I get shooting pains during a ride I take a minute to stretch, loosen up and walk it off and they usually don't come back.
As for your male areas, you may need a better seat, or again you may need to make sure that blood is flowing where it needs to... Sitting in one position for too long ain't good for any part of your body.
