Hi Gang!

The link above is to my blog on our website www.bikenaked.net. It is my pictures 3 months after having RNY Gastric Bypass Surgery and pictures of my progress along the way. I feel great and am biking faster and longer than ever. Life is good! Just wanted to share my happiness
