Lookout Mountain Century this Sunday
I'd like to extend an invitation to the folks here on Bikeforums.net to join our Club Hypoxia ride this Sunday. Details are below:
<b>Attention Front Range Hypoxians!</b>
Moderate century ride this coming Sunday.
Mostly paved trails (maybe 70 miles worth of trail along the Platte and Clear Creek) with Lookout Mountain thrown in the middle for a little exercise. We'll meet 8:00 a.m. for an 8:15 start time at the RTD Park & Ride, NW corner of Mineral Ave and Santa Fe in Littleton.
On the trails, expected pace will be anywhere between 16 to 19 mph with pack mentality of staying together. On Lookout Mtn, everyone climbs for themselves with a regroup at the visitors center overlook. Maybe 2,500 total climbing almost entirely within the middle 30 miles.
