At risk of setting UK forum members bidding against one another, check out this. A rather nice KHS folder...tempted?

That bike would make for a really nice fixie-conversion.

A White industries ENO eccentric hub would iron out any problems with chain tension with those dropouts and the chainlength can't be changed much by the 'suspension' as the chainstays are totally solid and not about to move much...

The ENO hub is great - pricey but the prefect solution for vertical dropouts. Just means that you can't get to pick your favourite hub!
