Road riding on an MTB

Came across this event in Britain. Sounds as though it could be fun- but this is a tame event from what I have seen on some of the European events- where the course will last for a round 2 minutes.

Stapfam......with your combination of off-road and road skills and equipment this should be right up you alley!! I didn't see a tandem category though....maybe you could start a new trend????

They have a "Fat Tire Criterium" race every year at the Twilight race event in Athens, Ga., but it is just slick-tire MTBs on the same course that the road bikes use. Nothing as crazy as the one in the OP.
