Trendals were first used back in the 1840s. Nothing too new and shocking.

I have seen them at sporting goods stores called "Bikeboards" or something. Drivetrain looks like a mini-tandem.
Actually that one's different. The ones I saw still have a circular motion to the pedals but it's like 2 snow skis
