You have two options.

1. Find a dealer who sells Ortlieb panniers. If it's the same in Ontario as it is in Montréal, nobody advertises Tubus racks, but there are 3-4 Ortlieb dealers with stock in Montréal. Yet, Ortlieb U.S.A. is the importer for both brands, so any shop that sells Ortlieb should be able to order you a Tubus rack.

2. Order fron Peter White Bicycles in U.S..

Thanks Michel,
I'm really trying to buy from a canadian retailer, but I guess Peter White or wallbike might be my best option since my LBS is mostly a mountain/bmx type of store, so i pretty much have to order online.

From what I see here, Urbane cyclist in downtown Toronto sells Ortlieb panniers.

Apart from that, I have ordered lights twice from Peter White and front racks from Bruce Gordon, and got good, fast service from both of them. I have no experience with WallBike, but the comments on the Internet-Bob list is good.

Peter White and Bruce Gordon ship through the postal system (USPS and Canada Post). Make sure any U.S. retailer you use go through the postal system rather than UPS. With Canada Post, your shipment will arrive at your door with an invoice for GST + Provincial sales tax, +, I think, a 5$ handling fee. And if you are not at home, they'll give you a card so you can pick it up at the post office. And sometimes, they forget to give you that invoice, so you save on fees.

On the other hand, UPS charges 50 $ "brokerage fees" (on top of GST + PST), and if you are not at home, they leave you a paper telling you "they will come at some other time". Don't try to fix an appointment and don't try to pick it up somewhere... so in my book, that doesn't work well with home deliveries. FedEx has similar practices.

Glad to hear Peter White uses USPS rather than UPS, since I live in an appartment I can't really rely on getting packages thru UPS. Never a problem with Canada post though.

Bikes: Devinci CX Ultegra and Giant OCR Touring

I couldn't find a canadian supplier and ordered mine from the states.

Tubus racks in Mississauga

MBS Tandem in Mississauga sells Tubus racks. I ordered one and will be picking it up this week.
