Noisy Frame !!!

Besides my Tassajara I also have an Ideal, well actually its my wife's. Its a 'small' size which is fine, however I changed its stock seatpost with a longer 'Ritchey' one as I needed about an inch more height.
At first I had no complaints but lately the frame has been making nearly continuous noises whilst I am sitting on the saddle. These stop as soon as I stand on the pedals. I tried lowering the seat and the creaking stopped, I put it up again but the noise started once more. I also tried tightening the seatpost clamp, the noise seemed to lessen but it is still there. I am putting the seatpost up to its the limit mark. I am quite a heavy rider (95 Kg) but never had any problems on the Gary Fisher and other bikes. Is the frame going to break?? The bike is one year old and still inder warranty, and it has hardly been used.
Thanks for your help.

It's not the seat post, it is the saddle that is making the noise. The saddle is about to croak.

Or you can lube the seat post.
