Here's a tip for y'all.

Soak a ****load of black beans overnight in the biggest pot you have. Cook em' up (change your water a few times). Drain em'. Pack em' in whatever plastic containers you have around and throw the ones you're not going to use right away in the freezer. They keep forever. As long as you're not too broke to pay the electric bill you will have something to eat.

Thaw as needed and cook up with onions, garlic, chili powder, chipotle, cumin, hot sauce, beer, brown sugar, and whatever else ya like. The frozen garlic cubes they sell at Trader Joe's are especially awesome for this application.

Eat delicious mexican food for practically nothing.

Spend the time and money you save on bikes.

Oh, no. I am fully aware of the propensity of this forum to meander mindlessly off topic. Say someone mentions grip tape, all to soon it will degenerate into a gabfest about tight jeans. Which is really odd. Not the meandering, the tight jeans. But it is all okay. I saw the show the other day(my son got me hooked) and remembered just how much I liked FredFred Burger. I thought someone would appreciate the little weirdo and mentioned him on the mountain forum. Nothing. So, I popped over here and got only slightly better results.
My FredFred Burger rampage has ended peacefully and I return you to your talk of tight jeans.
The gentleman who suggested making your own Mexican food is correct, the rest of you need some work. Unless you can't cook then your off the hook. Have a great day and try not to take any offense to this, I'm only being silly.
