new disk brakes

I'm replacing the disc brakes on my freeride bike what do you guys suggest?

First, please make an effort to spell words out in full. Also, it's disc, not disk, you do not want to be using floppy disks made for a computer.

What is your budget.

You cant go wrong with Avid brakes.... they offer superior braking at a decent price. If you want mechanical get BB7's, hydro Go with Juicy 5's or 7's.... if you have a money tree and want the most badass brakes on the block... get the Avid codes... they melt my face off...

Ill spend whatever is neccessary to keep me stoped(around400 pref) lets just say my last brakes died out on the mountain and it was not fun.
