Where's the BEST place to watch a Time Trial?
The Tour of California, Stage 5 - Individual Time Trial in Solvang on Feb. 23rd is going to offer numerous prime viewing spots to see the riders. Having never been in attendance at an ITT, where would the best spot be to see the action and to get some great pictures?
