Dean. A buddy of mine rides an older Dean Jester that has about an inch of travel and uses the chain stays as part of the suspension. Doesn't look like they make the Jester anymore, but they still have a few models in their "Softtail" collection.

Moots. Even though the basic concept of using the chainstays for suspension has been around for nearly 100 years, Moots and their YBB should get the credit for bringing the design back to life.

KHS used to offer a couple in their line up, the Team ST and the SOLO One. They were affordable
but I'm not sure they still make either one.

That would be more like:
"13 inches of travel, baby. Don't get scared away by the size of it."
