There's only one I've ever heard of - "No Brakes" by Sandra Sutherland.

It's hard to find, and I haven't read it so I can't make a recommendation.

There is a good one that I doubt it is available in english, besides probably it went out of print centuries ago in spain... it is called... Ciclismo en Pista (track cicling), by Juan Carlos Perez... that guy was the spain team trainer guy... I left my copy in my country so who knows where the darn book is it right now.... I think there is a super old books also from a guy called Ambriosio.. I never knew if the guy was related to ambrosio rims... A friend of mine had that one. I tried to track it but I never found a copy of it.
In english no idea if there is one...
