Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Yes. You look huge on that bike & you can stand flat footed in the saddle. How much bend is there in your leg at full extension when pedaling? Judging from the first pic there has to be a lot of bend in those knees.

Edit: Is that seriously your bike?

that bike is way small for you what is it a 51cm and no toe overlap is not usually caused by poor fit

The frame is fine. It's your big feet. That's the problem.

whoever sold you that bike, if the did it in person, saw you coming and going. hate to say it, but thats not even in the range of something that can be forced to fit with different components. 6'5"=60+cm frames.
