New Guy
Hi - I'm new around this forum, been checking it out and lots of good stuff. I've been riding and tinkering with mountain bikes about a dozen years, I ride for fun and exercise - I enjoy the hell out of being out on a bike! I've owned - in order - Walmart Huffy, Schwiin Frontier, Diamondback Ascent EX, Cannondale F500, Schwinn Mesa GSX, Ibex Ignition 2. I just got the Ibex a month ago and I like it bunch, anyone else like Ibex?

You from Canada? No one down here (Florida) deals in Ibex, so I have no experience with them. Got a pic of yours?

Sorry Steve I have never heard of Ibex. Took a look at the site. Some cheap stuff there and with a lifetime warranty on the frame. I am impressed

Whoa, my bad.
Main Office is in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Seem like a decent bike, good prices. Has anyone read any reviews?

Ibex is a fairly new bike company, they started around 2000 and their first models were released in 2001, I think. They have a company history at their web site: Ibexbikes.com I'm impressed with the bike I got from them, and I posted as couple reviews at mtbreview.com. They have great customer service, when I first got the bike, it was partially disassembled and I emailed a question to Ibex. Within about 1 1/2 hours I got a phone call from Jack at Ibex! If you have any questions, Jack will respond to emails within a few hours. The Ignition series is new this year, just released in March. They also have the Apogee series which is a 4 bar link design and starts around $750. Plus hardtails and road bikes.
