I am not new to road bikes and all, but only just found this Site when researching the purchase of a vintage bike [a just for fun purchase]. I have been on the Web and have had my own website since 1996, so pretty bad that it was not until 2007 I found you guys.

Anyway, I ride my Bianchi bikes all over San Francisco and across the Golden Gate Bridge. I only ride about 20 miles a day, 5X a week, but the hills are murder at times [I live on Nob Hill so getting home at the end of a ride is a drag. In other words, to get home I know I face Nob Hill at the end].

I also have motorcycles [Ducati, of course] and scooters. The only hassle is when I tell friends I was or am on the bike, I have to explain what I was on because to them bikes can be the motorcycles or the Bianchis. Bunch of unnecessary talking clarifying this all the time.

Well that's it for now, just wanted to say hi.

Bonus Comment: I only ride Bianchi, never have had anything else. Don't know what that says about me, but might as well comply with my self-imposed full disclosure policy.

Are you going to take photos of the Concorde over to the Classic & Vintage forum--you know we want and need photos.

Oh, and perhaps check in with the Northern California regional forum to say hello to the locals. Lots of members in the Bay Area, although I don't know how many live on Nob Hill.
