1" Silver Quill Stem with some rise?

Anyone have any suggestions for a 1" quill stem with some rise (maybe like 105 degrees)? I've got a Nitto Dynamic II which is 90 degrees resulting is some rise when inserted, but I'd like a bit more rise to get the bars closer to the seat height without jacking up the stem more.

Only thing I've found is the the Salsa SUL which is perfect but I'm not too into the black powder coat finish on a old italian road bike with no black and lots of polished silver including the lugs. Is there anything else like this? The only thing close is the Nitto Dirt Drop but I think even the road version is about about 35 degree rise which might be a bit much. Hard to find 1" quill, 100mm length and 26mm diameter clamp. Almost everything around is more mountain bike oriented with a 25.4mm clamp. Used is fine, even preferable.

I stripped the powdercoat off my SUL. Check the "Cross tires on IRO Angus" thread for pictures (or the last 6 or so pages of the photo sticky).

I used one on this bike. I can't recall the make and model. I found it in the QBP (Quality Bike Parts) catalog at my LBS at the time. It was very inexpensive, too.

Every bike shop has that catalog or something similar. It's the catalog they order most of their stuff from. Just ask to browse the catalog when you go to the shop. They should have one with and without wholesale prices (they don't want customers to know what "cost" is on the stuff). Again, it probably won't cost very much.

I think that's a Profile Stem. Usually $15...

Or this Salsa. I like the removable front plate. Makes it easier to get riser bars into it.

All too long and wrong clamp diameter (25.4).
