Jagwire Ripcord Installation

I just picked up a Jagwire Ripcord brake/shift cable set for use on my road bike. It comes with a liner and a bunch of weird-looking ferrules. How would I go about installing this on a road bike? Originally I was thinking of installing it like a normal Shimano Dura Ace cable set up (except using the liner underneath the housing) and leaving the nosed ferrules and rain jackets in the box. Then I figured I might as well use the ferrules/rain jackets to keep the system running well in rain and sloppy conditions. How do I go about doing this (I'm confused how the liner interfaces with the ferrules, or how long I run the liner)? Can anyone offer installation tips?

They didn't come with any instructions. Thanks though, I would have never thought of such an elegant solution.
