Perhaps most ridiculous folder ever

Actually, it's not even a folder... I've seen a few of these being ridden around the streets of Shanghai (very awkwardly...). I can't believe that someone would spend RMB 600 on one of these, when a basic 16" Dahon can be had here for about RMB750. Anyone else seen these before?

Edit: Here's a picture for those of you too lazy to follow the link

Edit 2: Is this one even more ridiculous??

Does it have a long enough wheelbase to avoid heel strikes on yer panniers?

It's unstable enough as it is! The idea of panniers on this thing is truly terrifying...

I'm still shocked that they're charging so much for it. RMB600 is not cheap for a bike in China.

Yikes!

It sort of reminds me of those old clown bikes......I guess the good thing is that it always stays folded, even when you're riding it.
