Ten more Pounds to go to Non-Clyde

I'm at 210 now. Been in the low 2teens for for a while. My goal is to get down to 165 but I'm having a hard time losing now. I have lost 50lbs so far since January and feel great. I'm riding anywhere from 60 to 110 miles per week. However with increased riding my appetite is also getting bigger. I hope I can lose this 35 lbs in the next six months.

Wow - 50 since January is outstanding!

To curb the appetite try more protein (beef jerky is awesome for that!) or some homeopathic things like grapefruit seed oil (10-15 drops in a tall glass of water, stir and shoot quickly). With that much weight gone your stomach probably hasn't shrunk much so it takes longer to feel full.

Don't be discouraged if you plateau - happens to the best of them!

50 pounds way to go....Keep doing what your doing and increase your protein and remember water is your friend.

Cold water actually helps burn calories because your body has to warm it up before it can use it, plus water fills up you gut in place of the extra food.
