I'm new!
Hi!
Nice forum you've got here!
I started riding bikes as an enjoyable pass time about 15 years ago.
I should mention that I'm going on 43 years of age, so I discovered it "late".
I got into learning the more technical aspects of riding in 1999 when I upgraded to my Trek 8000.
With this bike I discovered the joys of downhill, and x-country riding.
I still have this bike, and have since then upgraded many parts, including the entire drivetrain switch over to SRAM X9 last year.
Biking is a passion for me.
I'm sure I'll be getting alot of helpful advice from you guys, and hopefully, I'll be able to give something back to the community.

hey you, welcome to BF.
Hanu's my biking partner in QC. And he needs to post a pic of his bike.

Colourful! I'll bet no one even thinks about stealing that! But, it's TOO CLEAN FOR A MOUNTAIN BIKE!
Get out there, the two of you, and get those bikes properly muddy!

it's one of a kind, to be sure! (and don't worry, the bikes aren't usually that clean, honest.)
