The one that fits your body the best. The specs will probably be similiar.
I also went for the one that I could buy and deal with locally. The attention and service I have gotten by using the LBS has been phenomenal.
Either brand will do the same job for you. If one has a dura-ace part and the other has ultegra, you won't even notice.

The one that fits best. Also go with a good LBS.
I was looking to stay around 2000 myself. One shop had Kuota and Felt. The other QR and Cervelo. The first shop was horrible compared to the other just with test rides. Immediately ruled that shop out. Spent a lot of time between the QR and Cervelo and ended up with the QR because it fit better.
