Your gf got the FW. They stopped making those- I didn't have the choice unless I went with a man's frame. I decided to get a womens specific frame. They only had the ZW's. I really, really wanted a Felt (kind of SoCal coolio, yes?), but I love it. I can ride a really long way on it. Felt's are hard to get exactly what you want (they have supply issues since they are a newer company). I got the ZW6 frame and had it speced to the ZW4 with Ultegra and the Ksyrium wheels. I am very happy with the result.
My husband got a Giant. He's really happy with his, too:

I was wondering which Felt model bike you had. Very nice looking bike indeed. We did like the pricing on the Felt models when we bought her FW in '08. Felts were priced much better than the other competitors with similar component group. The Giant Defy is pretty hawt. Yeah, it can be an expensive sport.

I think Felt used to be cheaper, but not now. They all seemed to be around the same prices. The Giants are the ones you get the most for your money around here and the Bianchi's are the ones you pay more for.

It's like an automatic non drive side picture if less than 5 posts or something. Is there like a setting that says people can't post chain side picture until they get the 'talkin' to'?

I'm 6'5" with a human-sized torso and extra long legs and arms. With this type of frame I carry my 275lbs pretty well though I am getting into the cycling thing to drop a few. I was looking for a bike frame, wheels, etc that would also support me (hence switching to the Deep Vs).
No extra charge for the extra large bike
(good for me) BUT I am limited in several other areas. First, I'm limited in into the sheer choices of bikes/frames that come in my size. Next, I can't just walk into a LBS to test ride or even buy a bike. I'm just not an off the shelf guy 
. I ended up test riding several 61's and a couple of 59's hoping that the final bike in the final size works for me (no returns on special orders).
I’m a complete newb as it relates to cycling (and this forum as you can tell). Last bike I had was 20 years ago in college. Did my first real ride this morning 16 miles of flat lands. It all felt great (well my butt was a little sore that last couple of miles). My goal is to get to a point where I can ride a century. I’m hoping I can get there.
