 Wow, I never knew LA and I had so much in common, I have a mouth, lungs, skin and thighs and we both have MHR's over 200. Guess that's where the similarity ends though

Skin : Maybe not such low body fat level
Musculature : Lactic is my name and anaerobic is my game!
Mouth : I eat 5 meals a day.
Brain : Smart enough
Heart : Resting 49, max 212
Lungs : Polar measured VO2 max 63
Thighs : Considerably longer femur bone as well, if only I can translate more strength to the torque

Hopefully I can as good as him, hehe.

Actually, there's a question lingering in my mind. What is the average ratio of the femur bone to one's height? I find mine long, but I wonder if it is really long.

My stats:
Femur Bone : 56cm
Height : 176
Ratio : 0.3182

Never knew much about the "femur" bone" thing, but it IS a big deal to have big feet for running, at least beyond track.....

But, how much of Lance's condition is training, and how much genetic, let's face it, if he's got the "femur" thing going-- well it's obvious we'll never have a chance....?? I quit.

Didn't do much for his TT today, eh? I know he'll win, but it's good to have some humbling experiences in racing, too.
