cycling peaks

What chart do you look at most to see longterm and shortterm gains/losses?

My average power is sloping down, but i feel much stronger...

my fav graph is "mean maximal power last 28 days"

The 5 sec value is all over the map, depending on whether or not I sprinted that day, but the rest of the numbers are pretty fun to look at.

The performance manager chart and the power profile chart are pretty useful.

My personal favorite chart is a custom one I made that includes 5s, 1m, 5m, 20m and 60m MMP.

If you went out for a 5 hour ride it will show avg w/kg and power but if your ride was only 5 minutes it displays the same w/kg and power without factoring in anything else
