Abdominal pain after riding in TT position

I put short Profile Jammer GT aerobars on my hybrid Trek bike (this is the only bike I have). From what I've read the fit didn't look too bad - after a few adjustments I was able to ride pretty comfortable on these aerobars.

I did Olympic tri on this bike and felt ok. Next day, though, I began feeling a pain in my right abdomen. It felt like a stictch pain but and then became more like a dull ace. I had it for for almost a week, now it is almost gone, but I am wondering if it had anything to do with aerobars/fit. Maybe I ended up with too cramped position and this puts to much pressure on my abdomen? Is it common to have something like this when you begin riding in TT position?

I have never ridden on aerobars before.

Thanks
