Charlie Horse thigh after fall yesterday
My pedal hit the curb yesterday and I took a spill and fell on my side landing on my wallet. I continued the ride to the park (where I met my family and rode home afterwards as well.) My right thigh is sore now. I wondering what I should be doing to speed my recovery and what I should have done? Should I be avoiding the bike for a few days?
Thanks.
Thanks.

If it's just a bruise, get some muscle heat/ice cream to soothe it, do some stretching (if it's in a part of the thigh where it'll help) and just gentle hand massage (or a gf/SO to do for you? )
Make sure it doesn't get worse, and you should be fine - if it stays for over two days and still hurts the same or worse, I'd go visit your GP and make sure things are cool.
