Hello From Texas

Hi all, I am just getting into cycling. I just got a bike, and started riding. Have not really rode since before I was in school. But looking forward to some fun.

Hello Zrebmun, I see you already found the Texas regional forum . What kind of bike did you get, and what kind of riding are you doing?

Welcome to BF!

I picked up a Nishiki sport road bike for $30.00. Seems prety lite, and rides fine. I am just doing recreational type stuff. Get outdoors, get some excercise. I do plan on some rides. My sister in law got me into it. I had not ridden since I was in school. I hade been doing around 20 miles 2 times a week till all the rain came in.

Thanks for the welcome.

Jesse.

Welcome. The guys in classic and vintage could probably help ID your Nishiki. Post pics in there when you get them.
