Intro
Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Ivan, I'm a law student in South Florida and an avid recreational road rider.
I currently ride a Cannondale R800 with a Mavic Ksyrium wheelset (I love these wheel because I really never have to true them). I have kept my bike pretty stock except for the addition of a Reynolds Ouzo Pro fork, which helps make bicycling a bit more comfortable.
I've been riding road bikes for 15 years. My first decent bike was an old Peugeot Bordeaux that I got secondhand from a friend. I like the peace and quiet of riding early in the morning on my own. Since I live in south Florida, there are plenty of roads but also plenty of cars. So, I make it a habit to leave early in the morning at least 3 days a week by myself for quick 1 to 1 1/2 hour spins. On the weekends, I like to ride in a small group and love to do some distance. I've done some charity rides and a few century's. Never raced, but I might be willing to try it if I every get myself to follow a diet!
Take care everyone!
