What tools and tire repair stuff do i need?

hey folks,
so my bike is ready to be picked up but i don't have the necessary tire repair supplies, extra tubes, tools, etc.

what will i need?

- Tube patch Kit
- Floor & bike pump (or CO2 system for on-bike)

What kind of bike? There is a slight difference for MTB or road bikes.
Also - are you talking about an On-The-Bike tool kit for fixing while on a ride?

Mike,
the bike's a fitness/hybrid bike with slicks. it's a trek 7.3 fx.

and i would like to have an on-the-bike bag for long rides.
