Oldschool newbe

Hi guys

I am an old school rider who has been out of the street scene for a while but have dirt jumped for few years now.

I need some advive on manuals and grinding(I know basic stuff).
Manualing(sp??) is something I could never do. I can grind smaller stuff no problem but bigger and longer I keep bitting it.

Any advice or do I just need to get my nerve back???

What do ya think of my setup??
Gary fisher Mullet, s&m redneck stem Kore "m" Bars, two pegs goofy side and gyro rear brake. It is my dirt jumper/thrash bike.

I just started riding again too, and I found I just needed to get my nerve back, and now Im doing rails again like before. Its just a case of getting a feel for how different trickes feel, then work on going longer, faster, or styling it up. just go for it, thats what I did and it paid off after 2 weeks.
