My Big Foot

Last night I stepped on a giant hornet when I was taking out the trash and the little punk stung me on the bottom of my left foot. Now my entire foot is swollen and I'm not on my bike.

Just a rant. Damn it.

Grind up 3 Tylenol tablets and add a teaspoon of water and rub it on the site of the sting. It should reduce the swelling and pain enough to ride.

I think I am going to just leave it alone for today and plan on a really nice long ride tomorrow. If I had Tylenol I would try that. Took a few Bedadryl last night... hopefully that made a difference.

At the time of the sting use a cap full of bleach over the sting. Put the cap tightly against the area and let the bleach submerge the sting for a few mins. Stops all the effects of the sting on contact.
