rim tape (11) on Mavic Open Pro
I got my new wheels, Mavic Open Pro; however the rim tape I ordered, it looks like may not be wide enough. The rim tape is 11. It covers the holes but on some of them you can still see the outside diameter of the spoke hole. I went on a 20 mile ride this morning and I did not have any problems. I was wondering if I need to get wider rim tape or if this should be sufficient. It looks like the best would be either 17 or 22 for the size to cover all the areas. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, you need 17mm rim tape. If you don't change it it's just a matter of time before your tire's air pressure forces the inner tube against those sharp spoke holes and cause repeated flat tires.

This kind of flat sometimes takes some time to occur, but when it does it's always at the worst possible time!
