How many miles did you ride for July?

I did 458 miles for the month of July. Not quite the number I expected since I was shooting for 150+ a week ride. I was just curious as to mileage the 50+ group log each month if they keep a goal of covering and recording their mileage per week or month. It would be interesting to see how we 50+ manage to maintain certain level of rides each month.

I logged 656 miles or 1055 kilometers (which sounds much more impressive).

Somewhere around 350, I don't write it down, but I average about 90 a week. That seems about right for me, keeps me pretty happy!

I used to keep a log so I'd know what training worked, what miles I rode, etc. After about 6 mos. I just got too busy to keep track.

Because I divide my riding between the tandem (with a Garmin, no cumulative record) and my solo (with saved miles info) and I know I did just over 100/week in July, I guesstimate that I rode in excess of 600 miles for the month. Last week we did 187 miles.

Now I need a nap. And a more precise way to keep track of mileage.

Haven't tracked my milesin over a decade, but the month included 2 centuries and 2 metric centuries and most week days I do two 1 hour rides, about 800 miles for the month.

Not enough and too many.

I am not keeping track, exactly, but have been averaging about 150 miles per week, which would be about 600 miles or so.

398 in 19 rides. Last July was 351 which included my first century so this year was a little better overall and in number of rides.

Well I'll mention my July miles to establish the low bar: 277.1 Not expecting much more for August. My body fails to move in heat and humidity.

Don't know, but not as much as I would like to have ridden. Working long hours lately and some of the days I had planned to ride it started thunderstorming as I left work. Concentrating on preparing for MTB races has really cut out a lot of my long rides too. My last race is this coming Sunday. After that I plan to get back to doing more longer rides.

But, 22,345 feet is just a bit over 4 miles??? Is that a total of 712 miles?
